We are looking for a proactive and driven Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

What you’ll do
  • Support training, supporting and motivating the housekeeping team and ensure we maintain high standards of excellence
  • Assisting with the development of a proactive relationship with the Front of House team and ensuring all rooms are cleaned in conjunction with guests check in/out
  • Maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness in the bedrooms and assigned public areas, ensuring staff are all polite, courteous and look after guests needs
  • Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action and report to the housekeeping management
