HGV Trailer Fitter / Technician

Location: Warboys, Huntingdon (the role will also require off‑site work within the local area)

Salary: Up to £18 per hour

Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (Part Time role may be available for the right candidate)

Hours: 40–45 hours per week – out of hours/on‑call work available and expected to be worked within the role. Primary operating hours 07:00–18:00 Mon‑Fri, with occasional Saturday morning work (07:00–13:00) on a fair share basis.

Role

They are currently looking for a qualified HGV Trailer Fitter/Technician who takes pride in their work, excels in a team environment, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining our high first‑time MOT pass rates.

As an HGV Trailer Fitter/Technician you will work alongside other experienced technicians on customers’ vehicles—maintaining, servicing and repairing to very high standards, both in a commercial workshop environment and off‑site at customers’ own premises.

Skills and Qualifications

Relevant qualifications and certifications are preferred. Relevant work experience, time served, and skills will also be taken into account.
