In this role, you will assess client needs, coordinate personalised interventions, and provide expert guidance to help clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Drawing on your professional background and strong communication skills, you will ensure each client receives the right support at the right time for sustainable recovery and long-term health.
Experience conducting telephone assessments and feedback using motivational interviewing or similar techniques
Proficient in MS office packages
Strong communication skills both via telephone and email
CBT principles and motivational interviewing techniques
Problem solving skills
Good attention to detail
Strong clinical knowledge
English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above
