We are now recruiting for a Head of Retail to lead and grow our multi‑channel retail operations.

This senior leadership role carries full responsibility for commercial performance, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across all channels.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm and the salary is £70k per annum + bonus.

The main duties of the role are:
  • Lead and inspire high‑performing teams across stores, online, call centre, and field sales.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L responsibility.
  • Implement digital transformation and omnichannel retail strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
To be effective in this role, you will have:
  • Extensive leadership experience within a multi‑channel retail environment (store, e‑commerce, and direct sales).
  • Significant experience in retail management, ideally within the mobility, healthcare or specialist consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Highly IT literate, with experience in CRM systems and retail analytics.

Previous experience working within the Mobility industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
