TPT is transforming and growing rapidly. We’re looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to provide insight and challenge, ensuring our leaders deliver ambitious, financially disciplined plans. This new role leads the Financial Planning & Analysis team, supports strategic business performance, and can deputize for the Finance Director at Executive and Board level.

You will be responsible for:
  • Leading & communicating the financial strategy across senior management and the Trustee Board.
  • Developing the five-year business plan and development of financial KPIs.
  • Driving pricing discussions and developing cost/pricing models for new business.
  • Tracking performance, producing management information, and highlighting trends.
  • Building strong internal relationships to provide the Finance team a clear voice.
  • Leading forecasting, cash flow, and regulatory projections.
  • Working with IT to enhance the financial modelling and analysis tools.
  • Ensuring integrity and clarity of financial models and reporting.
  • Leading, developing, and managing the Financial Planning & Analysis team, supporting talent and growth.
  • Continuous improvement for standardizing of MI reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Accountant or equivalent in experience.
  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a growth environment.
  • Strong leadership, business partnering and analytical skills (Excel).
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience of presenting to Senior Leaders/Boards, with the ability to handle challenge.
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen with focus on profitability.
  • Possesses a systematic and controlled approach to the delivery of work.

The role requires a strong level of commercial acumen, with a clear focus on driving profit and sales in line with the organization’s plan. The successful candidate will be expected to apply their understanding of market dynamics and financial principles to support business growth and profitability. This involves proactively identifying opportunities to maximize revenue, control costs, and ensure that business targets are met through effective planning and execution.
