We're looking for a forward-thinking Head of Digital Marketing to lead and evolve Mission's digital strategy across multiple brands and platforms.
This is a remote, full-time role for a strategic marketer who can align digital channels to business objectives, manage key partners and platforms, and drive digital performance across the group. You'll oversee multiple brand websites, LinkedIn accounts, paid campaigns, and activity across HubSpot and analytics platforms, supported by Mission's digital agency.
The role will support digital marketing across Mission UK & EU’s group of brands — including Mission, Euna, Altea, Ignite, Kayzen, Kova, Carrow, OneBefore, Ventis, and Lumara — with additional MGAs joining by 2026. Support will be tiered by growth potential, ensuring each brand’s digital presence remains distinctive, consistent, and results-driven.
You’ll be central to developing Mission's digital maturity - ensuring our brands deliver consistent, high-quality engagement and measurable results.
This is a remote position. Planned, in-office activities may be required on occasion (typically 2‑4 per year).
You must live in the UK and be authorized to work in the UK without requirement of employment sponsorship/visa.
