Qualifications

• Experience in coaching content designers in product/service environments.
• Proven experience in structured content and behaviourally-informed content design.
• Familiarity with behaviour-change frameworks or qualitative/quantitative research.

Responsibilities

• Lead content designers working across participant journeys.
• Act as senior authority for content clarity and safety.
• Build and support a high-performing team of Content Designers.

Skills

Experience in content design within a regulated environment

Expertise in plain-language communication

Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG)

Proven ability to partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Science, Clinical
