A leading facilities management company in Scotland is looking for a Hard Services Manager to oversee operations for schools in Renfrewshire and Dumfries & Galloway. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, manage a team of engineers, and ensure compliance with service standards. Ideal candidates should have relevant technical qualifications and experience in managing Hard FM projects.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent experienced Hard Services Manager to join our Renfrewshire and Dumfries & Galloway school’s account.
This role is on site based
The standard hours of work are 37.5 per week. (Monday to Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm)
We’re seeking a hands-on leader with a recognised trade qualification in gas, electrical, plumbing or joinery, and proven experience managing a team of skilled engineers. The successful candidate will oversee 8 direct reports and be responsible for coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive breakdowns using a CAFM system. Strong leadership and technical expertise are essential to drive performance and service delivery.
The Successful candidate will have the task of supervising the implementation of all robust services. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth functioning and exceptional standards of service excellence, aligned with the requirements of our Renfrewshire and Dumfries & Galloway Schools Account. Your expert leadership and specialised know-how will play a pivotal role in upholding essential assets.
