For over 30 years, we’ve championed independence and wellbeing, delivering an extensive programme of activities across four centres and more than 40 community venues. From fitness classes to creative workshops, our services empower older adults to stay connected, physically active, and mentally stimulated.

The Benefits
  • Hourly rates from £26 per session, depending on level of qualification and experience

This is a fulfilling opportunity for qualified, motivating fitness professionals who are passionate about empowering older adults. You’ll enjoy the freedom to shape your own schedule and make a meaningful difference, one workout at a time.

The Role

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead friendly, engaging group fitness sessions for older adults at community venues across North West London. You will support adults aged 50 and over, delivering sessions that bring people together through movement, helping them feel strong, confident, and connected.

Depending on your specialist skills and qualifications, we can offer an increased number of sessions per day – for example, three or more sessions for those with experience in Pilates, Yoga, Boxing, Exercise to Music, Chair Exercise, or Zumba.

About You
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Exercise to Music, Chair-Based, Body Conditioning, Pilates, Postural Stability Instructor, BACPR, Exercise Referral, Yoga, Stretch & Tone, Dance-Based Fitness, or Aqua Aerobics. Tai Chi and Nordic Walking instructors also welcome.
