What You’ll Do

By joining the Managed Services team, you’ll gain experience in four main technical functions over a four‑month rotation period:

  • Managed IT Support – own end‑to‑end troubleshooting and resolution, providing proactive, permanent fixes for client challenges
  • Managed IT Monitoring and Management – learn to detect, investigate, and resolve performance and capacity issues to prevent downtime
  • Backup Assurance – learn to troubleshoot and protect client data with a deep understanding of backup systems, tools, and technologies
  • IT Service Delivery – transform a reactive IT service into an empowering solution, including risk assessments and continuous improvement

You may choose a specialist focus on a major vendor area of technology such as Microsoft, VMware, AWS, or Cisco.
