The Job

Offering an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor to join our client’s Birmingham-based Valuation and Professional Services team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across rent reviews, lease renewals and valuation instructions, working closely with senior surveyors who will support you through your APC.

This role combines office work with site inspections, report preparation and direct client interaction, giving you meaningful exposure from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany valuers on property inspections and assist with measured surveys
• Help prepare valuation and advisory reports, ensuring compliance with statutory checks
• Gather, analyse and verify comparable evidence
• Liaise with clients to source information and build strong working relationships
• Support landlord & tenant negotiations such as rent reviews and lease renewals

What We’re Looking For

• RICS-accredited degree (Estate Management or similar)
