Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Project Controls Engineer to join our expanding Project Controls Team. You will work with high-performing teams across water, environment, infrastructure, defence, energy, and international development projects, delivering projects to our clients and collaborating with UK Tetra Tech disciplines.

You will be involved in managing projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to develop and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Duties
  • Deliver projects to the value of £5m – £100m across Public and Private sectors
  • Control project budgets and costs
  • Manage project risk and schedules
  • Produce performance reporting and support information management
  • Assist in preparing tender and contract documents
  • Ensure internal governance is adhered to
  • Assist in scope management and delivery of construction projects
  • Facilitate project progress meetings with the project team
  • Implement change control management
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Support senior staff in delivering business objectives
Qualifications/Skills Required
  • Relevant 2:1 degree
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Teams and Project (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated with a professional and ethical approach
  • Team player, able to manage multiple projects to deadlines while building relationships
  • Full, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicle
  • Eligibility for Government Security Clearance
