  • Coach managers and employees on inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Organize events to celebrate awareness of inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Deliver initiatives supporting mental, physical, social, and emotional health.
  • Secure recognition through external endorsements.
  • Facilitate training sessions on bias and inclusive leadership.
  • Use data to analyze workforce gaps and inform policies.
  • Track inclusion and wellbeing performance through analytics.
  • Provide support as a trusted advisor for colleagues.
