• GPhC-registered pharmacist with postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy (or equivalent experience).
• Significant post-registration hospital pharmacy experience, including advanced clinical practice in a relevant specialty.
• Proven ability to interpret complex clinical information and optimise medicines.

Responsibilities
