A leading facilities management company in Exeter is seeking a skilled Gas/Plumbing Maintenance Engineer. This full-time permanent position involves scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of gas equipment across the Theme Park and Hotels. Candidates should have an apprenticeship in relevant mechanical services at NVQ level 3 and possess commercial experience in the Gas/Plumbing field. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and servicing boilers ranging from 24kw to 200kw+.
• Repairing, installing, and maintaining gas equipment and associated pipework.
• Performing maintenance and plumbing tasks throughout the Theme Park and Hotels.
• Collaborating with a multi-skilled team to support maintenance and compliance functions.
• Ensuring the safe operation of non-ride equipment, systems, and installations.
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
