We are seeking a Fulfillment & Operations Executive to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders.

Role Overview

As a Fulfillment & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the packing, shipping, and logistics of customer orders. You will play a critical role in maintaining high fulfillment standards, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing our operations for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability of products.
• Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate with couriers and shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for accuracy and condition before shipping.
• Returns & Exchanges: Handle returned items, process refunds, and restock products as needed.
• Warehouse & Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Customer Support Assistance: Work closely with customer service to resolve fulfillment-related issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve order fulfillment workflows.

Requirements
