This role is pivotal in strengthening KGM’s reputation within the fleet market by fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer focus, while ensuring the department consistently meets service standards and supports overall business success.**Main Responsibilities:*** To build strong, positive, and collaborative relationships within the team and our broking partners.* Work closely with Underwriters to ensure any changes in Underwriting appetite are accurately communicated and implemented within the team.* Provide technical support and guidance to team members to ensure consistent and accurate policy administration* To lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews, while anticipating potential team growth* Oversee training and development for all team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.* Identify and implement process improvements within the Fleet Administration team to enhance productivity and service delivery.* Conduct regular quality audits on processed work to maintain accuracy and compliance standards.* Monitor and report on SLAs daily, ensuring targets are met and service standards maintained.* Resolve operational enquiries from other departments within the company.* Participate in ad hoc duties and projects as required to support the smooth running and continuous improvement of the department.**Skills*** Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong broker relationships.* Strong organisation and time management abilities to meet deadlines and service level agreements.* High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.* Problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve complex queries effectively.* Ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.**Personal Qualities:*** Approachable* Keen to work in a busy environment* Flexible* Positive and constructive attitude* Professional manor* Works well under pressure**KGM Values:*** **Ambition** – Drive to succeed and achieve excellence in your role and with KGM Underwriting Services Limited.
