As Finance Officer – Accounts Payable, you will:

• Support a wide range of Shire finance functions with a primary focus on accounts payable, ensuring all processes meet legislative and statutory obligations.
• Provide professional support and advice to both internal colleagues and external customers of our Finance Services unit.
• Help keep our Finance Section running smoothly, maintaining compliance and standards.
• Collaborate with staff to stay aligned on priorities and requirements.
• Maintain a professional, efficient, and courteous service standard for all officers, Councillors, and the public.
• Assist the Manager of Finance with preparingreports to Council.
