Facilities Management Apprentice – Level 6 Apprenticeship – 4 years

The Role

As a Facilities Management Apprentice, you will support the smooth running of our building operations by learning and assisting in various essential areas such as maintenance, project management, health & safety, contractor coordination, and energy management. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable practical skills and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, high‑end production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Delivery and Steering of Facility Refurbishment Projects incl. Cost, Time, and Quality Management.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate and facilitate work carried out by external contractors and learn to use fault reporting systems such as Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Health & Safety: Support the implementation of safety procedures, identify potential hazards, and help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• CAD: Develop key skills in building design and layouts
• Customer Service: Respond promptly and effectively to requests from staff, providing solutions and support.
• Energy & Sustainability: Learn to monitor and manage energy usage and other resources to promote sustainability and efficiency.
