A leading automotive manufacturer in England offers a Level 3 Vehicle Damage Apprenticeship. This hands-on program combines college coursework with practical training in various areas of vehicle manufacturing. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Level 3 Vehicle damage: Test and Finish – 3 Year Apprenticeship (August 2026)
Technical Training within our Test and finish department is the ideal starting point for anyone wanting to become a multi-skilled technician, with training that will take you through the many areas of vehicle manufacturing. To make the most of being a vehicle damage apprentice, you’ll need to be someone with plenty of questions about how things work and have the confidence to seek out the answers.
What will you be doing?
As a Rolls-Royce vehicle damage Apprentice, you will be attending college on a part-time basis and you will also follow a placement plan spending time within various areas of Assembly.
The three-year programme is designed to enable you to experience different aspects of engineering and production technology. Our vehicle technicians have the following responsibilities:
With hard work and commitment, you will develop specialist technical knowledge supported by the relevant qualifications in Manufacturing and Engineering.

That’s why in addition to the qualifications we require from you, we’ll also look for you to have a range of skills, attributes, and behaviours. These include team working, the ability to work without close supervision, quality focus, good communication skills, enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to take on responsibility and show accountability for your work.

If you meet the eligibility requirements, we will invite you through to the next stage of the process which is an online assessment, designed to further explore your verbal and numerical skills.
The successful applicants from the above will be invited to the final stage of this process, a face-to-face Assessment Centre. Provisionally, the Assessment Centre us due to take place week commencing 30th March 2026. (this is subject to change)
