• Over 10 years’ experience securing high value partnerships.
• Experience leading multi-million pound/euro bid development teams.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key donors in Brussels and Europe.
• Build profile of TRF’s work with key donors and stakeholders.
• Proactively build a pipeline of funding opportunities.
• Produce compelling proposals for prospective supporters.
• Lead bid development for identified funding opportunities.
• Manage the commercial training programme and secure client renewals.
