• Experience in the equipment hire industry and hire desk systems.
• Previous managerial experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance according to service level agreements.
• Drive and motivate the team to meet objectives.
• Liaise with GAP depots to ensure equipment availability.
• Produce weekly reports for the Senior Management Team.
• Oversee hire problems using the escalation process.
• Take responsibility for query resolution and prevention.
