Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the contract catering or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to undertake enhanced DBS and provide references for the last five years.
  • Experience in compliance and office management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the P&L, business development strategy, and people management.
  • Deliver fantastic customer service and exceptional food.
  • Support the Regional Director and manage the operational division.
