HMH in Kintore has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team for maternity cover. As a leader of a team of 3, you will report to the Regional Director and be responsible for:

• Leading and overseeing Overhaul & Spares service delivery, achieving revenue, margin, and operational targets.
• Working with Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Warehouse to meet schedules and project deadlines.
• Overseeing project planning, scheduling, slot planning, execution, and completion, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and safety.
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and addressing needs proactively.
• Mentoring and developing staff to ensure talent retention and growth of service capabilities.
• Enhancing operational capabilities and exploring new revenue streams through innovation.
• Monitoring KPI performance (on-time delivery, overdue backlog, and margin) and implementing improvement actions.
• Ensuring timely, accurate reporting and invoicing, and full compliance with regulations, policies, and standards.
• Managing reporting and maintaining accurate records for Overhaul & Spares services.
