Responsibilities

  • Motivate the team to exceed store performance targets.
  • Engage with customers to enhance loyalty and experience.
  • Lead, train, and empower team members.
  • Ensure safety and wellbeing of customers and colleagues.
  • Monitor adherence to in-store processes and trading standards.
  • Stay updated with products and coach the team accordingly.
  • Support stock control and inventory management.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with management.
  • Address operational or customer issues promptly.
