Primary Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-impact, visually engaging assets for diverse marketing channels including digital campaigns, social media, website, advertising, and short-form motion content.
- Translate complex creative briefs into bold, on-brand, and conversion-focused visual designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, video producers, and performance marketing specialists to ensure cohesive campaign execution and a unified brand message.
- Adapt and optimize existing visual assets based on performance data, A/B testing results, and feedback from marketing analytics teams to maximize campaign ROI.
- Uphold and elevate design quality and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials.
- Support product marketing initiatives by creating clear, compelling visual communication that highlights product value propositions.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment and contributing to the overall growth and skill development of the design team.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required if equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio are demonstrated.
Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content development, with a proven track record in fast-paced environments.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable expertise in graphic design principles, including layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong command of motion design software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with collaborative design tools like Figma for prototyping and design system management.
- Proven ability to translate creative briefs into impactful, conversion-oriented visual assets for marketing and advertising.
- Skill in adapting and iterating on designs based on performance data and A/B testing feedback.
- Strong understanding of brand systems and the ability to maintain design consistency across all touchpoints.
