Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in the Cyber Security or Tech Industry, ideally within SMB.
  • Experience calling customers for renewals, cross‑sell, and up‑sell.
  • Interpersonal skills: Engages easily and uses effective questioning and active listening.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a funnel of inbound leads and prioritize responses based on service level agreements.
  • Ensure quotes and other tasks are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Update CRM with conversations, competitive information, and other pertinent information.
