Construction Design & Management Principal Designer and Client Advisor page is loaded## Construction Design & Management Principal Designer and Client Advisorlocations: UK - London - Minster Courttime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR102008At PIB group, our PIB Risk Management team is keen to recruit an experienced Senior Principal CDM DesignerIn this role you will:* Act as Principal Designer and CDM adviser to clients across a range of projects.* Guide clients, designers and project teams to ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and good practice.* Review design information, identify foreseeable health and safety risks and influence design decisions at an early stage.* Prepare, manage and maintain all CDM-related documentation, including F10 notifications and pre-construction information.* Undertake design risk reviews and structured assessments (e.g. SKET‑type reviews) and provide clear, practical advice.* Review construction phase plans and RAMS, giving focused feedback to clients and contractors where improvements are required.* Carry out site-based health and safety inspections and audits, producing concise, actionable reports.* Coordinate and compile health and safety files and ensure they are issued in an accurate and timely manner at project completion.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge through CPD and relevant professional memberships.* Contribute to internal team meetings, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, supporting the development of colleagues.**What we’re looking for**We’re looking for someone who is proactive, credible and comfortable taking ownership.
