  • To be accountable for successfully driving sales across new and existing customers within an assigned territory, ensuring adequate pipeline is in place to achieve and exceed targets.
  • To understand and confidently articulate HP End User Compute portfolio, systems, programs and Ricoh’s value proposition, keeping up to date with knowledge of these products and services to enhance and maintain strong creditability with customers.
  • To be responsible for communicating product updates, promotions and incentives and work with internal teams to plan, agree and deliver sales and marketing activities, ensuring successful execution of campaigns and events to help increase brand visibility, customer engagement and drive sales.
  • To be responsible for prospecting, account mapping and engaging with new and existing customers to create and develop sales opportunities.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships across Ricoh and HP, enabling successful engagement between the two businesses and ensure the promotion of End User Compute products and services to maximise potential opportunities.
  • To lead proposals, bids and tender engagements for End User Compute opportunities to ensure high quality proposals are developed and an increased win rate for end User Compute opportunities
  • To be responsible for regular forecasting, monthly reporting, and CRM management to ensure Ricoh Management / HP Inc can track progress against budget.

  • Understanding of End User Compute / modern work market is beneficial.
  • Previous sales / business experience would be advantageous.
  • Previous use of a CRM system advantageous.
