A leading community charity in Gloucester seeks a proactive Shift Lead for their Community Recovery Café. You will ensure smooth operations, lead customer care efforts, and support volunteers. Ideal candidates should have experience in food service environments, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to inclusivity and equality. The role requires operation management during shifts and offers a 6% employer pension contribution along with various training opportunities. Work includes every Saturday and one weekday, creating a supportive atmosphere for the community.
Location: Gloucester
Hours: 15 hours per week (including one weekday + every Saturday)
Salary: £13.60 per hour
Pension: Auto‑enrolment (6% employer contribution)

Our Community Recovery Café in Gloucester is a vibrant, inclusive space where connection, recovery, and community truly come together.
