Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of women involved in the criminal justice system? The Nelson Trust is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Criminal Justice Keyworkers at our Gloucester Women’s Centre.
Position: Criminal Justice Keyworker - Female
Location: Gloucester Women’s Centre
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time & part-time vacancies available
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer contribution)
About the Role: As a Criminal Justice Keyworker, you will provide a range of interventions and support to women involved in the criminal justice system. Your role will involve offering one-to-one support, guidance, information, and signposting to help raise self-esteem, self-efficacy, and enhance social and recovery capital. You will work collaboratively with various agencies to develop and implement gender-responsive support plans tailored to individual needs.
