Qualifications

• Experience working in a café, hospitality, or food service environment.
• Ability to lead a shift and take operational decisions.
• Understanding of, or willingness to work within, a recovery-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive, safe, and supportive environment during shifts.
• Lead Front of House activity and provide high-quality customer care.
• Oversee food preparation and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage cash handling and complete banking processes.
• Support volunteers and act as the main point of contact.
