A technology company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to enhance their sales efforts. This hybrid position requires working from the London office twice a week. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, managing sales cycles, and building a pipeline of opportunities. Ideal candidates should have experience in outbound cold calling, strong communication skills, and a competitive nature. The compensation includes a base salary of 30,000 GBP with additional variable compensation of up to 17,500 GBP, leading to potential on-target earnings of 47,500 GBP.

Please note this is a hybrid position where you are required to work from our London office a minimum of two days a week.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will reach out to prospective clients to introduce them to Vena Solutions' product offerings. You will converse with C-Level Executives and managers from Mid-market and Fortune 500 companies to understand their business environment, identify their needs, and determine where Vena’s offering might fit. You will serve as a strategic partner to Vena’s Regional Sales Managers, continually building a pipeline of sales opportunities and helping move prospects through the sales process to close.
Base salary: 30,000 GBP
Variable compensation: Up to 17,500 GBP
On-target earnings (OTE): 47,500 GBP
