The ideal candidate must have proven HSEQ experience, NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications, and strong analytical skills, ensuring a safe and compliant operational environment. I’m partnering with a respected steel manufacturer in Newport to recruit an experienced, hands-on HSEQ Manager. This is a key site-based role offering autonomy, visibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across HSEQ in a heavy industrial setting.
You’ll act as the site lead for HSEQ, working closely with operational and management teams to embed best practice.
