Role Overview:

As aDelivery Manager, you will lead agile teams to deliverhigh-value Salesforce solutions, acting as the key link between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end delivery across multiple projects. You will be accountable for delivery quality, timelines, and standards, while proactively managingrisks,resource allocation, and strongclient relationships. You will also supportpre-sales activitiesand mentor team members to drive performance and professional growth. The ideal candidate has7+ years in delivery/project management within a digital or tech environment, excels at stakeholder management and leading remote teams, and communicates clearly.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead agile teams to deliverSalesforce solutionswith measurable business value.
  • Act as thekey linkbetween product, engineering, and stakeholders—transparent, structured, and outcome-focused.
  • Ownend-to-end deliveryacross multiple projects and, where needed, multiple methodologies.
  • Proactivelymanage risks and dependencies, surface issues early, and maintain sprint momentum.
  • Partner withProduct Ownersto prioritise backlogs and align cadence to stakeholder needs.
  • Supportpre-sales, shaping delivery plans and approaches that work for clients andArlanis Reply.
  • Ownresourcing requirements, working through internal Arlanis resourcing processes.
  • Build strongclient relationshipswhile supporting team wellbeing, growth, and peak performance with the Technical Lead.

About the Candidate:

  • 7+ yearsin delivery / programme / project management, ideally withindigital or tech-enabled transformation.
  • Proven ability tojuggle multiple workstreams and clientswhile maintaining control of plans and roadmaps.
  • Confidentstakeholder managementfrom SMEs to senior sponsors, with the ability tochallenge constructively.
  • Experienced inpresenting to senior stakeholdersand managing expectations clearly and professionally.
  • Strong grasp ofproject management principles, with practical, delivery-focused application.
  • Able toadapt to change, prioritise effectively, and make sound delivery decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrable experienceleading and coordinating remote teamsin a collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform andSalesforce certifications (ADM201/Trailhead modules and badges) is beneficial.
  • Experience of the automotive sector and knowledge of integration platforms e.g. Mulesoft is advantageous.
