Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM configuration and management.
• Proven experience in OS lifecycle management (Windows, macOS, mobile OS).
• Knowledge of VDI technologies (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon).
• Familiarity with DEX tooling and endpoint analytics platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining gold images for laptops.

Responsibilities

• Manage OS lifecycle, including patching and compatibility testing.
• Build and test new features for digital workplace initiatives.
• Configure and maintain Intune and SCCM environments.
• Develop and maintain laptop gold images for consistent deployment.
