Commis Waiter | Minimum 35 Hours |Fixed Term 6 month contract from mid-February | Up to £15.10 per hour | Kensington

The Role

We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Commis Waiter/Waitress to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Prior experience working as a Commis Waiter/Waitress or in a customer facing role in the luxury hospitality market
• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally, creating a strong first impression
• Support senior team members in preparing dining areas, maintaining impeccable presentation at all times
• Actively contribute as a team player during service to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and deliver food service with professionalism and confidence
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure clear communication and prompt order delivery
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
