A leading construction and design firm is seeking a candidate to provide architectural support across various developments. Responsibilities include producing site layouts, gaining building regulation approvals, and assisting with planning applications. The ideal candidate excels in communication, prioritization, and time management, while supporting team dynamics. This role fosters a diverse and inclusive environment and offers exciting hybrid working opportunities.
The Design and Technical teams are involved in all aspects of housing design and innovation, researching the best materials at the best cost. The team works on diverse sites, including existing buildings, with unique problems to solve, and focuses on new materials, sustainability and value amid changing building and environmental legislation. Most team members have an architectural or engineering background, with opportunities to gain expertise in design and project management in a thought-provoking setting.
You will provide support across all areas of the design, regulation and planning process, working closely with colleagues and third parties to ensure developments are delivered.
