Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a regulatory compliance role within financial services.
• Exposure to FCA-regulated environments and understanding of the FCA Handbook.
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks or regulatory change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the regulatory compliance framework and policies.
• Assist with compliance monitoring and testing programs.
• Prepare updates for Senior Management Team on compliance matters.
• Identify and assess ongoing regulatory risks with horizon scanning.
• Provide guidance on regulatory topics and navigate compliance landscapes.
• Support regulatory engagement and manage queries with regulators.
• Prepare regulatory reporting processes for timely submissions.
• Assist in enhancing the Enterprise Risk Framework.
