Responsibilities

• Deliver and support the PPM programme for building systems.
• Respond to facility breakdowns and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.

Skills

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician

Good knowledge of building maintenance techniques

Strong fault-finding skills

Ability to read technical manuals

Full UK driving licence

Education

NVQ Level 3 in building trades, plumbing or electrical
