Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Previous experience within facilities management or maintenance.
• Basic Health & Safety qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance at client sites.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, compliance, and customer service.
• Ensure all work records are updated via the CAFM system.

Skills

Strong written, verbal, and numerical skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Broad understanding of general building maintenance duties

Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation

Competent using Microsoft Office and mobile job management systems

Education

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade

Tools

CAFM systems expertise (e.g. Job Logic, Concept)
