Qualifications

• Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent).
• Excellent team player and communicator.
• Security checks and DBS required for this role.
• Flexibility and the ability to innovate.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing food ready for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services ensuring minimal wastage.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team of chefs and acting as a trainer/coach for new team members.
• Following recipe cards to prepare, cook, and serve meals.
• Assisting with deliveries and stock checks.
• Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, and hot cabinets.
• Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
