A leading cybersecurity firm is seeking an experienced R&D Contract Recruiter to attract and hire top talent across its Engineering and Product Management teams. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in hiring for SaaS organizations and a proven track record of meeting hiring goals. The role involves collaborating with hiring leaders, conducting numerous interviews weekly, and utilizing data-driven tactics to improve hiring processes. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the growth of a dynamic organization.

You will source, attract, and engage the very best talent on the planet to help forward our mission to protect our customers from cyber attacks! On a daily basis, you will partner with hiring leaders, Rec-Ops, Talent Marketing, cross-functional partners, and Coordination teams. You will have the latitude and trust to drive hiring tactics that are innovative, efficient, data-driven, resulting in high-quality, high-velocity hiring for your client groups.
