Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling of Mobile Technicians work.
• Liaising with customers for site access and work permits.
• Manage and record holidays and sickness for Mobile Technicians.
• Provide weekly updates to stakeholders for servicing and breakdowns.

Skills

Ability to manage large data sets

Experience in maintenance scheduling

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products including Microsoft Excel

Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
