Qualifications

• Must have experience in scheduling and managing engineer schedules.
• Previous experience with billing and invoicing for PPM works is essential.
• Familiarity with CMMS, preferably JobLogic.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage, monitor, and schedule mobile engineers.
• Assign appropriate engineer resources based on service requests.
• Ensure engineer devices are operational and communicating effectively.
• Review scheduling tools to effectively manage PPM demand.
• Adjust and reschedule engineers' activities based on service requests.
