A housing services provider in Oxford is looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their Maintenance team. This role includes being the first point of contact for queries, managing the Repairs Mailbox, and ensuring timely responses. The ideal candidate will possess GCSEs in English and Maths, have strong IT and communication skills, and be capable of working flexibly. The position offers a salary ranging from £27,560 to £30,680 with various employee benefits, including annual leave and professional development opportunities.

Location - AG Palmer House, Littlemore, Oxford
Response are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Administrator to join our dedicated Maintenance team within Housing & Property at Response. The Housing team focuses on all aspects of tenancy sustainment and the Property team focus on all day-to-day repairs, planned improvements and cyclical compliance work. This position is suited to someone who wants to utilise their administration skills in a busy and supportive workplace for an organisation that are committed to improving the lives of others.
