Job summary

A housing services provider in Oxford is looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their Maintenance team. This role includes being the first point of contact for queries, managing the Repairs Mailbox, and ensuring timely responses. The ideal candidate will possess GCSEs in English and Maths, have strong IT and communication skills, and be capable of working flexibly. Qualifications

  • Experience in an office environment.

  • Able to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for Housing & Property queries.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Repairs Mailbox on Outlook.
  • Monitor the Housing & Property phone line for queries.
  • Log and raise repair requests using the company system.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance in record keeping.

Skills

IT literate with experience using MS Office packages
Good communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Flexible approach to working hours

Education

GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
