A leading international law firm located in Exeter is seeking a solicitor to manage property transactions and client relationships. Responsibilities include drafting reports, managing project timelines, and supervising team members. Working as a core team member with colleagues across the country on large inter-disciplinary and national residential portfolio transactions of varying sizes for registered providers, for profit registered providers, institutions, local authorities, investors and in that context the role will encompass:
