A law firm in Norwich is looking for a reliable and professional Legal Secretary to join their busy Litigation Department. The role involves assisting fee earners with case preparation, drafting legal documents, and managing correspondence. Job description
We are seeking a reliable and professional Legal secretary to join our busy Litigation Department at our Norwich office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within litigation law, who is looking to work in a friendly and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assisting fee earners with case preparation.
  • Drafting legal documents.
  • Preparing court bundles and managing correspondence.
  • File management, dictation, maintaining accurate records.
  • Handling billing accounts.
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties.
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous legal secretarial experience (Litigation Law desirable)
  • Excellent typing and IT skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, approachable and professional manner
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Position details:
  • Permanent full‑time (35 hours per week, Monday–Friday) or part‑time position.
