Job summary

A leading construction refurbishment company in the Northwest is seeking electrical sub-contractors to attend to domestic properties. Responsibilities include conducting EICR testing, ensuring compliance with BS7671 and health and safety standards, and delivering excellent service to clients. Ideal candidates will possess relevant NVQ qualifications and City & Guilds certifications. A full driving license is required, while asbestos awareness is a desirable attribute. This role promotes individual and team contributions to the community, ensuring high-quality services.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Qualification in electrical installation (C&G 2330, 2360, 2357, 2365).
• City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 certifications.
• Full driving licence held for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Undertake high quality electrical repairs testing and installation.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for electrical sub-contractors to join our business, with specific responsibility for the Northwest area. You will undertake electrical EICR testing in domestic properties and carry out associated remedial works identified.

What you will be responsible for…

• To work individually or as part of a team undertaking high quality Electrical Repairs Testing and/ or Installation works
• To comply with BS7671 standards and company standards of work performance, ensuring implementation and compliance within Electrical policies and procedures
• Ensure implementation and compliance with company Health and Safety policies and procedures
• You will be expected to carry out Electrical condition reporting, repairs and installations to the highest of standards.
• Liaise with tenants.
• Maintain van stocks and provide information enabling the improvements of first time fixes for the area you work within.
• You should a be hard-working, conscientious Electrician that takes satisfaction from delivering a great service to our client base

What we’d like from you…
